A reputable regional law firm seeks a commercially minded Residential and Buy to Let Lending Solicitor to join a busy lending team. You will handle borrower and lender purchase transactions, support loan management (including private and auction sales), and manage matters from purchase through to discharge. The role includes assisting with term lending reviews, complex post-completion land registration issues and SDLT and Companies House processes.

You will develop borrower client relationships, support lender and intermediary training, and work closely with completion and post-completion teams.

Applicants should hold a good honours degree and be a qualified solicitor, or CILEX lawyer. You will have solid residential and buy to let lending experience, a track record of meeting chargeable hours and fee targets, and the ability to build a client/referrer base.
