I’m currently partnering with a standout Corporate/M&A practice headed by former City partners with a team that has built a strong reputation for combining sharp commercial understanding with technical capability, supporting a varied mix of UK and international clients - from ambitious mid‑market companies to listed organisations and fast‑growth entrepreneurs. They regularly lead on complex cross‑border transactions spanning acquisitions, disposals, restructurings, capital reorganisations and broader corporate finance work.

This role would suit a solicitor who wants to immerse themselves in these sorts of corporate matters while working in an environment that values collaboration, clarity and commerciality. You’ll work alongside specialists across the firm to shape tailored, strategic solutions, and the group is well known for running deals smoothly while making complex issues accessible and manageable for clients.
