NEW - we have just taken new instructions from our client, a boutique regional practice, as they have just announced this new vacancy which is an opportunity join their already very successful Private Client team.

You will ideally already have perhaps at least a couple of years of strong PQE, and you will be at the stage in your career where you are now looking at what comes next for you and the chance of a step up and a new challenge at a new firm that can really propel your career further forwards over the next few years.

The range of Private Client work on offer with this role is excellent and will include - preparation of Wills, including those creating IPDI, Vulnerable Persons and Discretionary Will Trusts, general estate administration, including complex, taxable estates, excepted estates and post-death disclaimers and variations, foundation and administration of Trusts, IHT, CGT and succession planning, and the preparation of Lasting Powers of Attorney and the registration of LPAs and Enduring Powers of Attorney.

They are looking for the perfect person who will be another exceptional lawyer in the team. You will have well-developed interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail, an excellent work ethic, and most importantly a passion for Private Client practice and the rewards that come from developing strong client relationships with ordinary people who are looking to you for help and guidance.
