The Role
Working in a small team, reporting to the Program Manager, this will be a broad role and requires someone who has enough experience to develop & implement a change and communications plan as well as execute it. You will also bring experience with ERP implementations, ideally SAP but definitely with HCM, Payroll or HR process transformation.
Being able to collaborate with business and technology people alike, this is a great opportunity to really showcase your skills and experience, whilst working for an organisation that supports the community.
Skills & Experience
- Demonstrated skills & experience in Change & Communications, with particular experience in ERP or SAP (ideally) transformations involving HCM, Payroll, HR
- Able to liaise with a variety of stakeholders, from HR, IT and the Business
- Proven experience in developing a Change & Communication strategy and implementing that
- Healthcare experience is advantageous
- Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills
- Skills in risk assessment, problem solving & decision making
- Ability to work in a lean, busy environment
- Tertiary Qualifications in any relevant discipline such as IT, HR, Communications
- Industry Certifications, including Prosci, will be advantageous but are not mandatory
