My client has an immediate requirement for a Project Manager to manage the Swift implementation. 

You will need experience in Swift Bureau/Bottomline for swift payments.

The Project Manager will report to the Head of Project Management.

The principal responsibilities are:

• Take responsibility for the projects above from a Project Scoping, requirements definition, Project Plan, and budget perspective.
• Manage the project within the defined timeline and financial targets.
• Lead the steering board, provide status review and lead the meetings.
• Liaise with management from a resourcing perspective to ensure all resourcing plans are aligned with the project deliverables.
• Throughout project life cycle, identifies and assesses all risk factors and identify risk mitigation action
• Manage external vendors to ensure they deliver to time and budget deliverables.
• Ensure all project documentation is maintained and of adequate quality.
• Ensure quality gates are in place and achieved.
• Ensure efficient communication with all relevant stakeholders.

Experience and Knowledge:

• 5+ years in a management/leadership role delivering Swift implementation projects.
• PM certification (PMP or PRINCE2) or equivalent.
• 3rd Level Degree in IT Discipline or similar.
• Strong leadership and influencing capabilities.
• Excellent presentation skills and communication skills.
• Strong relationship management skills.
