Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for Computer Hardware and Software to staff regarding day to day operations which include but are not limited to:
- Desk Phones, Cell Phones
- Tablets, Laptops, Desk Computers
- Printers, Scanners
- Software systems such as FileHold, Sage ERP, Microsoft Office, Windows 7 & 10
- Track customer issues and resolve issues working with IT Director and/or software/hardware support if available
- Create, schedule, maintain Crystal Reports connecting to SQL Databases
- Work with Active Directory creating users and resetting passwords
Qualifications:
- At least 1 to 2 years of experience as Help Desk Professional
- A+ Certified (Desired)
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- Professional demeanor and positive attitude
- Previous experience in report creation using Crystal Reports and SQL Databases (Desired)
- Excellent communication skills
