providing a full-service consultancy package to a vast range of clients. Pyro is now regarded as one of the leading

 

fire  consultancies in the  region  with  staff working  throughout   the  UK assessing and      inspecting       buildings         in     all

 

different sectors.

whilst promoting continuous industry improvements to build better awareness for the industry in order to educate,

The Role

 

Due to continued growth, the opportunity has arisen for a proactive and motivated individual to join our team on a

 

full-time  basis as ‘Business Coordinator’.  The successful candidate  will  work alongside              our    Business      Manager        to

 

facilitate the  delivery  of our  services into  buildings  throughout  the  UK. If you are  an              organised     individual          with a

Hours of Work:      37.5 hrs with flexible working

 

Pay Scale:              £18,000-£22,000 p.a. (experience dependant)

 

Location:                 Doncaster, South Yorkshire

 

Summary of Main Duties

 

  • Administrative support

 

  • Client liaison and handling of enquiries

 

  • Keeping CRM system up-to-date

 

  • Site visit scheduling

 

  • Account management of risk management system

 

  • Networking events and exhibitions

 

  • Organise production and delivery of fire evacuation plans

 

Key Requirements

 

  • Excellent IT skills – Excel, Word, Outlook, OneDrive, Adobe Acrobat PDF, Social Media

 

  • Full UK driving license

 

  • Good communication and excellent customer engagement skills

 

  • Ability to network and make new connections

 

  • To be able to work independently and use initiative

 

  • Willing to learn about UK fire safety requirements
