A Chambers’ ranked firm in Chicago looking for a corporate associate to join their growing practice group. This is a unique opportunity to focus on Ambassador Agreements on behalf of the firm’s high profile client base. Ability to work professionally and confidentially across the table from hired celebrities, athletes, and influencers and their representation is a must.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years’ experience handling complex corporate matters with an emphasis on M&A and contract drafting / negotiations. A few things to consider about the firm:
