Counterbalance FLT Driver – Aston

Location: Aston, Birmingham
Pay Rate: £13.45 per hour
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Hours: 2:00pm – 10:30pm
Training Hours: 8:00am – 4:00pm

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Counterbalance FLT Driver to join our client's busy warehouse operation in Aston.

The successful candidate will initially complete a period of training on the 8:00am – 4:00pm shift. Following successful completion of training, the role will move to the 2:00pm – 10:30pm shift, Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating a Counterbalance FLT safely and efficiently

• Loading and unloading containers

• Moving pallets and goods throughout the warehouse

• Assisting with order fulfilment

• Picking, sorting and organising stock

• Moving and positioning stock within the warehouse

• Supporting general warehouse operations as required

• Maintaining a safe and tidy working environment

• Following company health and safety procedures

Requirements

• Valid Counterbalance FLT licence

• Previous experience operating a Counterbalance FLT

• Previous warehouse experience

• Experience loading and unloading containers would be advantageous

• Reliable and punctual

• Good attention to detail

• Able to work effectively as part of a team

• Willing to assist with general warehouse duties when required

Pay Rate: £13.45 per hour 
Monday to Friday
Training: 8:00am – 4:00pm
Permanent Shift: 2:00pm – 10:30pm
