High-Level Order Picker – Rugby

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client in Rugby for an experienced High-Level Order Picker to join their busy warehouse team.

The Role

As a High-Level Order Picker, your main responsibilities will include:

• Operating a High-Level Order Picker safely and efficiently
• Picking stock from high-level racking
• Using a scanner to accurately pick and locate products
• Ensuring orders are picked correctly and on time
• Working safely at height and following warehouse procedures
• Meeting daily productivity and accuracy targets
• Keeping your work area clean and organised
• Reporting any stock or equipment issues to your supervisor
• Supporting the wider warehouse team when required

Pay & Progression

• First 2 weeks: £12.71 per hour during training
• After training: £13.71 per hour, subject to satisfactory performance
• Temp to perm opportunity for the right candidate

Requirements

• Valid High-Level Order Picker/MHE licence is essential
• Previous experience operating a High-Level Order Picker
• Reliable and punctual
• Good attention to detail
• Able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Good attitude and strong work ethic
