TIG Welder

Location: Cannock
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am–4:00pm
Pay: £15.00–£16.00 per hour

We are looking for an experienced TIG Welder/Fabricator to join our team in Cannock, manufacturing high-quality electrical cabinets and enclosures.

The successful candidate will be working primarily with stainless steel, carrying out TIG welding and fabrication to a high standard. You will need to be confident working from detailed engineering drawings and producing accurate, quality-finished components.

Key Responsibilities

• TIG welding stainless steel to a high standard
• Fabricating and assembling electrical cabinets and enclosures
• Reading and working accurately from detailed engineering drawings
• Measuring, cutting, forming and preparing materials
• Ensuring all work meets required quality and dimensional standards
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

The Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience in TIG welding and fabrication
• Experience working with stainless steel
• Able to read and interpret detailed technical/engineering drawings
• Strong attention to detail and pride in your workmanship
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience manufacturing cabinets, enclosures or similar fabricated products would be advantageous
