Programme Manager – Automotive/Brand Strategy – Milton Keynes & Remote

Outside IR35

Programme Manager (x3) required for our leading automotive customer based in Milton Keynes. Our customer is looking for an experienced brand focused programme manager to lead several strategic programmes and projects which will enable a successful transformation. Suitable candidates will have previous experience working with cross functional business leads to provide expertise and advise and act as a key liaison with strategic leads and programmes.

Key Skills and Experience,

• Programme Manager with a focus around strategy and transformation – automotive industry experience is highly desirable
• Provide expertise in reporting, governance and coordination
• Develop programme charter and formalise detailed scope and outputs specific to brand
  • Proceed and apply organisational resources to deliver
• Define programme plan
  • Provide encompassing view of the project and workstreams to highlight key milestones and deliverables
• Define and track work packages across multiple programmes and drive efficiency within implementation for all stakeholder groups
• Define and develop change management approach with internal and external stakeholders
  • Define organisational end state of the business on programme delivery
  • Describe methods in change plan to ensure successful change and identify impacted stakeholders
• Action specific brand mission
• Train and support stakeholders
• Lead and attend monthly stand up meetings
• Transition core programme activity to BAU upon completion
• Act as a key liaison for strategic programmes and projects
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and management
• Clear verbal written and presentation communication skills
