Project Manager – Debt Management – Stoke

Outside IR35

This role will require 1-2 days on site per week.

Project Manager required for a leading client based in Stoke. You will come on board to Project Manage multiple programmes of work centralised around Debt Management and supplier management. The ideal candidate will have a background within the Utilities sector

Key skills:

  • Engage the software provider(s) and manage their delivery through to handover to Support Teams. This may include supporting onboarding new suppliers for the Debt Management System.
  • Coordinate a Sprint based Delivery approach for the Debt Programme. This will include requirements, design, production and update of the Artefacts needed for planning and management of the Programme Delivery. This could include implementation of new tools when required such as collaboration tools.
  • Liaise with Operational Stakeholders and Business Partners to ensure that business needs are being met by the delivery of the Debt Management System.
  • Review current Business Processes, facilitate the review, design and Implementation of new Business Processes for Debt Management System.
  • Implement Benefits Realisation Tracking and provide weekly Reporting to Management, Programme Office and Steering Boards.
  • Provide Management Services to manage, deliver and report on the Debt Management System to Management, Programme Office and Steering Boards.
  • Coordinate the delivery for the Debt Sale from Programme. This will include scoping, procurement, supplier engagement, planning, Data  and management of the Debt Sale Delivery through to Invoice issuing and payment. This could include implementation of new processes for repeat Debt Sales.
  • Provide Management Services to manage, deliver and report on the Debt Sale to Management, Programme Office and Steering Boards.
  • Provide Management Services to manage, deliver and report on any new Debt Initiatives to Management, Programme Office and Steering Boards.
