Business Analyst – Change Management – Luton/Remote

Business Analyst required for a leading client based in Luton. My client is currently seeking a Business Analyst to come on board to give Detailed Business Requirements needed for the delivery of the technical solutions, to outline change management, and be responsible for mapping out to-be operational, supply chain and technical processes.
This role will involve hybrid Working - mainly with one day a week in Luton and occasionally travel to Colnbrook.
Key Skills:
- Extensive Business Analyst experience (within the aviation industry would be desirable)
- Gather detailed business requirements
- Target Operating Model
- Business change impacts must be gathered and managed
- Strong written and communication skills
- Ownership of BA activities on behalf of the client within a combined BA team.
- Mapping out to-be operational, supply chain and technical processes owned by the client based on best-in-class user experience methodologies
- Defining and agreeing e2e processes across combined teams
- Specifying the required integrations between new and existing systems
- Defining and managing the associated operational and change management.
