My client is a boutique client-side consultancy who cover high profile projects up to $250 million. 

They are searching for a sharp and self-directed Project Manager to take charge of a growing portfolio of commercial capex and asset upgrade projects.

This is a rare chance to work across a high-volume, fast-paced program with full ownership, no micro-management, and the backing of a smart, collaborative team.

The Role:

• Manage a live portfolio of capex and minor works projects across commercial office assets (ranging from $200K–$25M).
• Client is a highly reputable AREIT.
• Be the face of the project, leading stakeholder engagement, running meetings, solving issues, and driving delivery end-to-end.
• Split your time between client offices/sites (2–3 days per week) and the consultancy’s inner-city HQ.
• Report to and be supported by a director with deep delivery expertise, offering mentorship and strategic guidance.

Must haves

• Minimum of five years of Project management experience.
• Must have some client-side consultancy experience. 
• Ability to handle volume and complexity with minimal supervision
• Experience with CAPEX programs.
• Bulk of experience has been within built form.
• Strong stakeholder management skills
