Must haves for the role

• Minium five years of experience.
• At least half of that has been in a project management consultancy.
• Strong previous tenure.
• Full life cycle experience from concept to handover.
• Be based in Brisbane or moving with set plans.
• Full working rights and not requiring sponsorship. 
• Degree qualification in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering or related

Nice to haves

• Previous work with Head contractor.
• Commercial experience (new build / refurbishment)
• Living Sector experience (BTS, BTR, Hotels etc.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• A proactive, delivery-focused approach.
