Trainee CNC Operator – Full Training Provided!

Location: LS9, Leeds
Pay: £12.71 per hour (rising after successful training period)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 3:30pm
Contract: Temporary to Permanent

Looking to start a career in engineering and manufacturing? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established company in Leeds as a Trainee CNC Operator. No previous CNC experience is required – full training will be provided to the right candidate with a great attitude and willingness to learn.

The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong work history, due to the time and training which will be invested into the successful candidate an ideal background would be 3 years + in their previous role.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Learning to operate CNC machinery safely and efficiently.
• Setting up and loading materials into machines.
• Monitoring production and carrying out quality checks.
• Reading basic engineering drawings and following work instructions.
• Maintaining a clean and organised work area.
• Working as part of a friendly and supportive production team.

• Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential.
