Senior Backend Engineer C# .NET
Location: Zurich (2 days home office)
Salary: 110,000 - 125,000 CHF

My client currently operates in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland but they have big plans for growth and expansion in the rest of Europe, and Asia. The role:

We are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer with expertise in .NET to join their team of 5 developers in Zurich. The team doesn’t currently have a lot of knowledge in .NET so they are looking for someone who can pass on their experience to the team. The company values open communication, and they are looking for someone who wants to openly share their ideas and feedback with the team.

The key aspects of the role are:

• Further development of the company’s intranet.
• Further development and maintenance of their crawlers.
• Developing and maintaining internal and external interfaces.
• Maintaining their website.
• Defining and assuring quality standards.
• Supporting and training other developers in the team.

Key requirements:

• 5+ years’ experience with C#, .NET, MS SQL.
• Desirable: Azure, Kubernetes, Angular.
• Good communication skills and enjoys passing knowledge on and explaining ideas to the team.
• Ideally someone who would like to progress to a team lead position.
• Fluent in German (C1/C2) and good English language skills.
• EU or Swiss Citizen.
