Business / Finance Analyst, £25k DOE - Hull
Core hours, Monday to Friday â 37.5hrs

This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate to forge a new career or an experienced Business / Finance Analyst to join an established finance team of 6, with a business focussed, welcoming and happy culture.
Duties will include:
- Understand the reporting requirements of the business.
- Create and maintain reporting database, ensuring controlled updates from multiple systems.
- Support month-end, year-end and budget process.
- Develop reporting mechanisms that provide information to the right person at the right time in a user-friendly manner.
- Create and maintain operational KPI reporting pack.
- Using data, identify process improvement opportunities supported by recommendations for alternative solutions.
- Engage with IT to facilitate reporting design, development and integration.
- In depth knowledge of systems and data maps.
- Finance lead for any system implementations.
To be successful in this role you will be a motivated team player, possessing the following attributes:
- Excellent systems knowledge essential. Experience with JDE desirable.
- Ability to use SQL desirable.
- Excellent organization skills.
- Ability to manage own workload and work as part of a team.
- Strong analytical skills and reporting skills.
