The Role
Due a growing pipeline of work my client is seeking a Commercial Construction Manager to grow and lead the team while also ensuring the successful delivery of projects (2-20m).
Responsibilities include :

• Full management of the commercial construction delivery team including Project Managers, Site Managers and Contract Administrators.
• Control & management of budgets, financials, programmes, and quality
• Management of budgets, financials, programmes and quality
• Track and evaluate job progress and prepare detailed reports for the Director
• Develop and sustain client relationships and business brand

The Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Building/Construction Management or equivalent
• Proven experience as a Construction Manager in the construction / fit-out industry
• Ability to lead and mentor those around you
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams at once
• Outstanding communication and leadership skills
• In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles
• This role may also suit an experienced Senior Project Manager wanting to step up into a CM role.
