My client is looking for a experienced Freight Forwarder to add to their Brisbane office. This is an opportunity to work for an Australian owned and operated international freight forwarding business who are at the forefront of global logistics and growing. Your role:
In your role as a import/export freight forwarder you will be responsible for organising both sea and some air freight FCL and LCL for general goods across a variety of categories from cars, furniture to refrigerated goods. You will be coordinating all shipping requirements including cargo registration, brokerage, transport planning, billing, and reconciliation.

The successful candidate will ideally have:

• 3 + years experience in an import/export based freight forwarding role
• Cargowise experience
• A keen eye for detail whilst managing multiple tasks
• Innovative approach to work
• Great time management skills
• High level of customer service skills
