Oncology Pharmacist

Join a collaborative hospital team where your oncology expertise will make a real impact on patient care. Cornerstone Medical Recruitment is seeking an Experienced Oncology Pharmacist to support high-quality, patient-centered cancer services.

                                                                This role is in Queensland 

You’ll play a key role in delivering safe and effective oncology pharmacy services while mentoring team members and working closely with a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care to oncology patients
• Deliver patient-centered pharmacy services with a focus on safety and optimisation
• Conduct clinical assessments and monitor drug therapies
• Support aseptic compounding and contribute to cancer care meetings
• Mentor and support the oncology pharmacy team

About You:

• Bachelor of Pharmacy
• Current AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist - Not an intern role.
• Previous oncology pharmacy experience
• Compounding experience (desirable)
• Experience with CHARM software (desirable)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
