About the Role

This generalist role spans a broad caseload across acute care, community health, emergency department, and aged care settings. Based in Newman, you will provide culturally safe and patient-centred services both within the hospital and in outreach settings. The role involves working closely with vulnerable families and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to deliver integrated and high-quality care.

Essential Criteria

• Tertiary qualification in Social Work and eligibility for full AASW membership
