• Provide social work services in varied healthcare settings
• Deliver assessments, support plans, and referrals
• Adapt to changing client needs and team environments

Skills & experience

• AASW registration as a qualified Social Worker
• Experience in clinical, community, or health services
• Strong client engagement and communication skills
• Confident working independently or in multidisciplinary teams
• Flexible and ready to jump into new environments
