Support Worker (PelhamHouse) Berkshire, England

Salary: GBP11 - GBP14.5 per hour + Umbrella Pay Available

Are you an experienced Support Worker with a willingness to make a difference?

Sugarman Health is a leading, well-established healthcare, recruitment and service provider; and we are currently seeking Support Workers in the Berkshire area. This service supports adults/older adults with a variety of needs such as Learning Disabilities. The ideal candidate will have more than 6 months UK experience working in Healthcare and must be able to provide the 3 years of employment history. You will be expected to provide a high level of support therefore you must be able to work under pressure. We are looking for enthusiastic candidates who aspire to improve the quality of life for residents and ensure their physical and emotional needs are met to the best possible standard. Candidates must be comfortable with personal care and have the ability to assist with moving and handling. This service requires day and night staff, so you must be fully flexible to suit these. About the Support Worker role:

  • Hourly Rate: £11-£14.50ph  (Enhanced hourly rate on all Bank Holidays)
  • Location: Berkshire
  • Shifts Available: Earlies, Lates, Days, Nights (Applicants MUST be flexible) 
  • Speciality: Learning Disabilities

Applicant requirements:

  • Must have Full Right to Work in the UK and have a minimum of 6 Months UK Healthcare Experience
  • Your own Full Enhanced DBS is preferred however, we can provide one if necessary
  • Right to Work in UK (We do not offer sponsorship)
  • Up to date CV
  • MUST be able to provide the last 3 years employment history
