Salary:  GBP22000 - GBP22000 per annum


CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR REQUIRED

Salary: £22,000. Upon successful completion of your probation, you will be entitled to a £500 increase and there will be a further increase of £500 6 months after that.

Location: Colindale, London

We are currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Adviser for our fast-growing company in Colindale to join the Customer Support team. This role would suit someone with excellent customer service skills, retail or NO experience at all, we would love to hear from. If you are a confident communicator with a positive can-do attitude, then this is the role for you. Regardless of your background, all you need to succeed is a confident, motivated and hardworking approach and an outgoing personality.

As this contract grows there will be more exciting options open to the best Customer Service advisors out there. It will give a real chance for those looking to progress to team leader positions.

Hours:

  • Must be able to work Monday - Saturday
  • Our shift patterns are: 8.30am - 5.30pm or 9am - 6pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 4.30pm Saturday.
  • You will be required to work every other Saturday 
  • We provide you with shift patterns up to four weeks before

As a Customer Service Agent you will need:
