We’re looking for a hands-on Dynamics 365 Developer to take ownership of development, automation, and integration across a growing Microsoft ecosystem. This is a build-focused role with real scope to shape solutions and improve business-critical systems.

The Role

This is a developer-led position focused on building, enhancing, and integrating Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Developing and customising solutions within Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform
• Designing and building plugins, workflows, and event-driven automation
• Writing and maintaining .NET-based components and integrations
• Building and supporting system integrations across multiple platforms
• Troubleshooting and optimising performance, stability, and scalability
• Working closely with stakeholders to translate requirements into clean, scalable technical solutions
• Driving continuous improvement across code quality, automation, and platform capability

What You’ll Bring

• Strong hands-on experience developing within Dynamics 365 and Power Platform
• Solid background in .NET development (C# preferred)
• Experience building integrations and working across complex systems
• Strong understanding of plugins, workflows, and custom development patterns
• Proven ability to troubleshoot, debug, and optimise performance
• Comfortable working closely with stakeholders while maintaining a developer-first mindset

Nice to have:

• Experience with scripting (JavaScript, PowerShell, Python)
• Exposure to AI, automation, or modern tooling
• Microsoft certifications across Dynamics or Power Platform
