SAP Test Manager

Melbourne | 12-Month Contract

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced SAP Test Manager to join a major enterprise transformation program, leading testing across a complex SAP landscape and multiple integrated business applications.

This role will see you take ownership of the end-to-end testing function, ensuring quality is embedded throughout the full project lifecycle while working closely with senior stakeholders, delivery partners and business teams.

About the Role

As the SAP Test Manager, you'll be responsible for defining and delivering the overall testing strategy across a large-scale transformation. You'll lead testing from planning through to deployment, managing multiple workstreams and ensuring successful delivery across SAP and integrated systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the end-to-end Test Strategy and Test Plan.
• Lead all phases of testing including SIT, UAT, integration, regression, performance and release readiness.
• Manage testing across SAP and multiple integrated enterprise applications.
• Coordinate internal teams, business stakeholders and third-party vendors throughout the testing lifecycle.
• Oversee defect management, test planning, reporting and quality governance.
• Ensure test environments, test data and tooling are effectively managed.
• Provide regular reporting on testing progress, risks and overall program readiness.
• Drive continuous improvement across testing processes and standards.

About You

To be successful, you'll bring:

• Proven experience leading testing on large-scale SAP transformation programs.
• Strong exposure to multiple test management and automation platforms, such as Tricentis Tosca, HP ALM/Micro Focus ALM, Jira/Xray, Azure DevOps or similar.
• Experience managing testing across complex integrated environments, not just SAP.
• Strong understanding of the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and end-to-end testing lifecycle.
• Experience delivering System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), regression, integration and performance testing.
• Demonstrated experience managing vendors, delivery partners and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and business audiences.
