Ashley Kate are excited to be supporting our Lincolnshire client as they recruit for a Temporary HR Officer to join them on a short temporary basis on a specific project. This role will be working onsite to audit and data cleanse paper files against an audit checklist.

The role work closely with the Head of HR & OD to ensure an accurate and confidential data cleanse in line with GDPR.

You must have

• HR experience
• Be accurate with data and have attention to detail
• Understand GDPR and Employment law

You must be able to interview and start immediately.
