SENIOR REPORTING AND DATA MANAGEMENT EXECUTIVE

Salary: £29,000 - £31,000 per annum

Contract type: Permanent, 35 hours/week, Full-time. We are open to flexible working arrangement i.e., compressed hours.

Location: Home-based OR Hybrid (Stratford, London, 1-2 day/week) depending on the candidate.

What will I be doing?

The Senior Reporting and Data Management Executive will work with our Supporter Led Fundraising & Engagement (SLFEO) Teams in all aspects of data maintenance, compliance and reporting. You will support the team to maximise on fundraising opportunities through regular reporting and analysis to enable evidence-based decision-making.

You will be making an impact by...

  • Working with the Business Operations Manager and the Analysis and Reporting Team to build a suite of engaging, accurate, regular reports that enable the department to understand their progress and make evidence-based decisions

  • Presenting and explaining results and insights to key stakeholders in a clear and accessible way

  • Building and producing bespoke reports and insight as required, answering reactive queries, and ensuring reports are high quality, accurate, and on time

  • Regularly reviewing and continuously improving upon reporting and its processes

  • Understanding the architecture of systems, working closely with internal teams to ensure data captured is relevant and reportable and that responsibilities are clear and adhered to, to support accurate and timely reporting

  • Identifying improvements to systems and processes that will enhance data, reporting, and insight capabilities.

You'll bring to the role…

  • Strong experience of working in a data management and reporting role

  • Excellent attention to detail with an analytical approach to problem solving and a broad range of complex challenges

  • Knowledge of using Reporting System i.e. Power BI

  • Project management experience – ability to plan effectively, manage multiple activities and deliver to deadlines

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience of articulating complex information clearly and concisely

  • Strong experience of building strong professional relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders at all levels

  • Relevant experience of managing and prioritising workload in a fast-paced environment for yourself and others in a team

  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel

  • Knowledge of Siebel advantageous
