We’re on the lookout for an experienced recruitment or junior recruitment consultant industrial to join our team and develop our thriving Industrial desk. You will be based out of our Coventry office however we have a network of branches with plans to expand and open more branches in the Midlands and across the UK this year and next. We can offer you career development and progression. You’ll also be rewarded with a highly competitive basic salary, commission structure and benefits.
This is a genuine opportunity for an experienced consultant to join a hugely successful recruitment agency running an established desk. Staffing Match is a corporate agency with a family feel.
Key Duties:
- Account management
- Building relationships with Candidates
- Providing clients and candidates with an excellent level of service
- Out of hours service ( Required after 3 months )
- Candidate management. Source, screen, interview, shortlist
- Payroll (training will be provided)
Person Specification:
- A proven track record in Recruitment.
- Target driven.
- Strong work ethic and attitude.
- Resilient and persistent to support our clients and provide and excellent service experience
- Great people skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Happy to work Monday to Friday 8.30 - 5.00.
- Own Transport
