Sales Development Representative Manager
Location: London, England
Salary: GBP40000 - GBP50000 per annum + + £25k OTE

My client is looking for an SDR Manager that can help contribute to the positive culture of the company â€“ theyâ€™ve been very successful since there conception across Spain, Germany, Italy and France and are looking to continue that success into London. The SDR Manager will help set the parameters for this.
â€¢ Managing an outbound prospecting team, coaching them and helping them hit their targets
â€¢ Majority home working, however you must be commutable to Liverpool Street when needed
â€¢ Grow and mould your own team of SDRs, having a direct impact on company growth
â€¢ Heavily involved in the hiring of new team members
â€¢ Bonus based on team performance
You will need:
â€¢ Prior experience in an outbound business development role, selling SaaS
â€¢ 3+ years of successful Sales or SDR experience, ideally in the SaaS sector
â€¢ 1+ year in a management role, ideally within a fast growing environment
â€¢ Experience in a team lead/coaching role for outbound SDRs
â€¢ Track record of success against targets
