Sales Development Representative
Location: London, England
Salary: GBP31 - GBP40000 per annum + 15k OTE
Payroll processes have always been stressful, but my client – a company that’s taken the European market by storm and are recognised as one of the fastest growing SaaS start-ups in Europe has challenged that – offering cloud based tech to automate payroll services and make HR processes smoother for SME’s.
They’re currently on the search for sociable and like-minded SDR’s, ideally with 1-2 years outbound SaaS SDR experience.
You will need:
• Outbound SaaS SDR experience
• Experience selling to HR/Finance departments is a bonus but not essential
• A positive, high energy attitude that is looking to grow within the business
• Well-developed communication, presentation and negotiation skills
This will be an outbound lead generation-focused role, using multiple channels, targeting C-level executives within SMEs and you will be targeted to generate 6-8 qualified leads per month.
They offer a Work From Anywhere policy with a preference on ability to travel to meet the team in London once per week).
Further to that, there’s also the opportunity for quick progression into a closing role based upon performance.
