With extensive rugged product lines including notebooks, tablets and handheld computers. In a wide range of sectors from MOD , Blue Light , Utility, field service, oil and gas, , transportation & manufacturing.
This is a critical role for a highly intelligent, self-motivated and a driven individual who is passionate about technology and developing meaningful relationships with key focus on business development with customers through channels and reseller partners.
What you will be doing
This is no management with this position
Develop & deliver channel strategy throughout EMEA to drive growth with full alignment from each region
Support regional teams with development & opportunity alignment
• Collaborate & develop channel infrastructure
o EMEA distribution structure
o Support historical reseller community
o Growth & development of our reseller community
o European distribution stock ordering & management
Support & guide regional channel sales teams to deliver against channel strategy
Lead, manage & deliver EMEA Partner Program
Lead & support HQ/Channel Team with EMEA Partner Portal to continue channel development strategy
Develop & support EMEA Channel Marketing Strategy with EMEA Channel Marketing Manager & in alignment with HQ
Report to President on channel development performance
Attend QBR’s presenting sales & strategy performance
Attend EMEA monthly meetings
Who we are looking for :
5+ years’ experience in Enterprise IT sales, within a Technology company
EMEA experience
Some form of End User exposure
Proven track record in managing significant levels of channel sales & operation
Proven track record on the development of European IT sales organisation
Channel & customer focused
Experienced in detailed value proposition positioning
Ability to create, develop & execute sales strategies
Experienced at board-level relationships
Passionate & determined about the business & its success
