About the Role
You will be Project Managing multiple projects including subdivision, bulk earthworks, underground services and more. The company wants its Project Managers to be involved in the direction the business is heading and actively encourages their input and feedback in the business model.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Manage the project scope, program of works, resource requirements and budgets.
- Stakeholder Management.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and safely
Skills
- Minimum 5 years' experience and a proven track record in Subdivisions, Roads and Bulk Earthworks
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Commitment to providing a quality product and customer service
