Offering a wide range of products to its customers, they pride themselves on their level of excellent service and ethical values across the business. Looking for an experienced Senior Payroll Officer to join their close-knit team, this role will offer variety and a long and rewarding progression plan within the business. Commencing remotely, with the aim to be based in the office, following government guidelines.
About the Role
Utilising your payroll experience, this role will see you:
- Oversee a team of 4 payroll officers
- Successfully process, whilst ensuring delivery of end to end processing using Preceda
- Ability to interpret complex EBA's & Awards - Retail in particular
- Ability to operate in a fast paced environment
- Support the payroll manager with system upgrades and projects
Skills & Experience
- Strong experience in a Retail organisation is essential
- Experience in hands on processing interpreting awards
- Ability to operate in a changing, high volume envionment
- Experience in using multiple T&A systems - Time Target is advantageous
- Advanced Excel skills
- Ability to prioritise, be proactive and meet deadlines
