With UKG already embedded, they are now looking for an experienced UKG WFM Specialist to join the team and play a key role across a range of projects and BAU enhancements. About the Role

You will act as a subject matter expert across UKG Workforce Management, working closely with Payroll, HR, and operational stakeholders to support system configuration, enhancements, and ongoing optimisation.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting and maintaining UKG WFM configuration (Timekeeping, Scheduling, Accruals)
• Translating business requirements into system solutions aligned to awards/EBAs
• Partnering with stakeholders across HR, Payroll, and Operations
• Supporting system upgrades, testing (UAT/SIT), and release management
• Troubleshooting complex system and data issues
• Driving continuous improvement and process optimisation

Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience with UKG WFM (UKG Pro WFM / Dimensions)
• Proven ability to work across complex, high-volume environments
• Strong understanding of awards/EBAs and their application within systems
• Experience engaging with stakeholders across HR, Payroll, and Operations
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capability
• Experience supporting projects, enhancements, and system upgrades
