We’re partnering with a purpose-driven organisation within the NDIS space, seeking a Senior HR Advisor to join a close-knit and collaborative team. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role offers the opportunity to step into a broad, hands-on position with real influence across the business. This is a true generalist role, ideal for someone who enjoys being close to the detail while also partnering with leaders to build capability and strengthen people practices.

About the Role
• Partner with leaders to provide day-to-day HR support across performance management, employee relations and workforce challenges
• Manage ER matters end-to-end, including investigations and misconduct, ensuring fair and compliant outcomes
• Provide guidance on award interpretation (SCHADS highly regarded) and broader IR matters
• Support compliance requirements across multiple services within the NDIS framework
• Play a key role in building leadership capability, coaching managers and supporting better people outcomes
• Contribute to HR processes and improvements within a small, agile team
Skills & Experience
• Strong generalist HR experience, ideally within complex or regulated environments
• Confident managing ER matters and providing practical, balanced advice
• Experience with award interpretation and IR frameworks (SCHADS/NDIS exposure advantageous)
• A hands-on, approachable style with a genuine interest in coaching and supporting leaders
• Comfortable working in a smaller team where flexibility and adaptability are key
