This role will lead the delivery of people initiatives while ensuring strong operational HR support across the organisation. About the Role

An important role supporting communities across Victoria, with a strong focus on delivering meaningful outcomes through its people. Key duties include:

• Lead and manage the People & Culture function across the organisation
• Partner with senior leaders to provide strategic and operational HR advice
• Oversee employee relations, including performance management, investigations and case management
• Drive engagement, culture and capability initiatives
• Manage and develop HR policies, frameworks and processes
• Support workforce planning and organisational change initiatives
• Work closely with Payroll and HRIS teams to ensure compliance and smooth workforce operations

Skills & Experience 

• Proven experience as a HR Manager or Senior Business Partner
• Strong employee relations experience within a complex or regulated environment
• Comfortable operating in a hands-on role with both strategic and operational responsibilities
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and support leaders
• Passion for working within a not for profit or purpose-led environment
