We’re partnering with a well-established, multi-site organisation to appoint a Payroll Systems Administrator with strong PayGlobal experience. This is a key role supporting the ongoing optimisation, configuration and integrity of the payroll systems environment. Working closely with Payroll and HR you’ll act as the SME for PayGlobal, ensuring the system is running efficiently, remains compliant and continues to evolve with business needs.

About the Role

This is an exciting role where youl will be able to utilise your extensive PayGlobal experience across systems and compliance. You duties include:

• Act as the SME for PayGlobal, managing system configuration, maintenance and enhancements
• Support BAU payroll through system administration, data integrity and issue resolution
• Manage system updates, releases and upgrades, including reviewing release notes and testing
• Maintain and improve integrations between PayGlobal and upstream/downstream systems 
• Partner with Payroll and HR teams to ensure compliance with awards, EBAs and legislation
• Support reporting and data extraction to enable business insights and decision-making

Skills & Experience 

• Strong experience administering PayGlobal in a complex environment
• Hands-on configuration experience and a solid understanding of payroll processes
• Experience working with integrations (e.g. HRIS, finance systems, T&A platforms)
• Strong knowledge of Australian payroll legislation, awards and EBAs
• Confident stakeholder engagement skills, able to translate technical into practical outcomes
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and data integrity
