Devops Engineer

"Do you have a vision on how to improve the development experience for our engineers, so that they can efficiently develop features for our customers?  

As a developer for Tech4Dev, you will be part of squads that are responsible for developing technology that enables our engineers to plan & design. The goal is to automate and standardize as much as possible and provide easy to use services for the engineers, so than can quickly and easily plan & design new features.

Our squads work on tools and supporting processes that help over 400 squads to build our modern digital experience, while ensuring the highest standards for quality, performance, and security.

You will work closely together with your squads members, the product owner, the scrum master and solution architects. You leverage your engineering experience.

Responsibilities/tasks

  • Azure DevOps Knowledge
  • Configure/Maintain/Develop
  • Permission structures within Azure DevOps 
  • Azure Boards experience
  • Management of Azure DevOps organizational settings
  • CI/CD usage
  • Azure Cloud: Log Analytics, Storage Tables, Azure Functions
  • Programming in C# and .Net Core
  • Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Administrator, Azure Developer, Azure DevOps Engineer)
  • SDLC knowledge

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • 2 years working experience in Agile/scrum and preferable in complex projects
  • DevOps mindset and understanding engineering technologies (or willing to obtain this understanding).
  • Preferable experience with scripting such as bash, PowerShell, Azure CLI, etc (Pre)
  • Starters knowledge of Azure DevOps REST API (Pre)
  • Knowledge of Power BI (Pre)
  • Good to have
  • FrontEnd development frameworks knowledge
  • IaaC familiarity
  • Problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Pro-active, hands on and have a practical mindset
  • Good communication skills to collaborate with colleagues and squad members
  • Open mindset
