Our client is a busy, well trusted company specialising in a variety of sectors from education to residential projects. They have projects running not just in the UK but Dubai also. Our client is growing and is looking for experienced Senior Quantity Surveyors on the consultancy side to join the London team.
We are looking for a candidate that has experience undertaking multiple and complex projects, completing successfully withing the expected timeframe. You will be as comfortable working independently as you will be within a team and will deliver best in class services for a broad range of clients over multiple sectors, across multiple projects.
The ideal candidate will have education to degree level, MRICS, with 3 years’ experience, since gaining MRICS, experience in performing Employers Agent role. You will be responsible for the main duties of a Senior QS from Precontract to Post Construction, so must be confident and experienced managing this.
