About the opportunity
In this busy Warehouse & Loan Kit Officer role; you will be responsible for loan kit and inventory activities, as well as customer service and warehouse duties.
Duties
- Pick and pack implants and instruments for loan kits and have them couriered for surgeries

- Receive returned loan kits and inspect and replenish as required
- Dealing with customers (surgeons and sales reps), subcontractors and suppliers, and couriers
- Inventory maintenance duties
Skills and Experience
- Customer service skills
- Preferred: loan kits team and logistics experience
- Desirable: SAP experience
- Computer literacy: ERP and MS Office
