If so, our client has an exciting opportunity for you to join a leading healthcare provider specialising in neuropsychiatric services.
Key Responsibilities:
Quality & Compliance:
• Ensure compliance with legislation and regulatory standards.
• Assist with audits and prepare for regulatory inspections.
• Manage quality improvement plans and monitor document control systems.
• Foster a systems approach to standardise practices and prevent errors.
• Collaborate with team members to implement quality improvement initiatives.
Incident & Risk Management:
• Develop and maintain risk assessments and risk registers.
• Manage incidents using the electronic incident management system.
• Analyse incident trends and propose risk management solutions.
• Promote a positive incident reporting culture and support staff in incident management.
Complaints & Feedback:
• Assist in managing and responding to complaints.
• Support the trending and analysis of feedback.
• Provide administrative support for complaints management.
Person Specification:
Qualifications:
Essential: 3rd level qualification (degree or above) in a health-related field.
Preferable: Postgraduate qualification in Healthcare Quality/Risk Management.
Experience:
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a relevant clinical/healthcare setting.
• Strong understanding of mental health services and regulatory standards.
• Proficiency in risk, incident, and document control processes.
• High proficiency in IT, data analysis, and presentation skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Desirable: Experience in a mental health setting, presentation skills, staff training, report writing, and project leadership in patient safety/clinical risk.
