The Business Partner Human Resources will provide a consultancy and advisory service on a range of human resource areas and will report into the HR Business Partner Director

- Grievance management
- Recruitment change management
- Workforce planning
- Organisational design
- Employee entitlements
- Establishment control
- Reporting and injury management to support business units in achieving their objectives
The role requires experience in
- Restructures
- Position Description reviews
- Recruitment and ideally have government experience
