We are currently working with a unique designer independent Opticians located West of Perth. They have a fantastic Dispensing Optician vacancy and are happy to speak with professionals who are interested in full or part time opportunities.

The practice is an are an award-winning Styling Opticians known for their personal, friendly approach, they aim to provide all their clients with the best possible service and advice on their eyecare and eyewear. The practice has a unique concept and are dedicated to showcasing some of the finest eyewear from around the world in a comfortable, relaxed environment.

This is your opportunity to work within a family run independent opticians working hard to build a practice built on loyal, long-lasting relationships.

Key Advantages

• Basic salary of up to £34,000 (depending on experience) + bonus

• 50-minute patient testing times-allowing a truly bespoke clinical experience

• Working within a stylish practice with the latest state of the art technology and equipment including Zeiss Visufit 1000, OCT and a fully computerised management system

• All their eyewear collections are independently handmade and hand selected, with some of the best most unique frames and lenses around the world

• The practice has 2 very spacious test rooms, and they are currently running double clinics 5/6 days a week

• Your day-to-day work will be extremely varied allowing you to become more involved within the business, extra duties including marketing, brand selection, business development with potential trips abroad to annual trade shows

• Weekend flexibility is available offering you a better work life balance

• Being part of a friendly, close-knit team of experienced optical professionals who are all passionate about optometry

Details and requirements

• Monday – Friday (9:00am - 5:30pm), Saturday (9:00am - 3:00pm) & Sunday (Closed)

• Full or part time position considered

• Weekend flexibility available

• Eligibility to work in the UK and GOC Registered

Salary and benefits

• Basic salary of up to £34,000 (depending on experience) + bonus

• Pension + all professional fees (GOC & ABDO) paid

• 20 days holiday + 8 BH (28 in total)
