A long established, well-respected, and forward-thinking Optician is looking for a patient focussed, commercially aware Dispensing Optician Practice Manager who can help their outward looking team of Dispensing Opticians, Optical Assistants, and other Optometrists. The store is fully digitalised, so workflow and customer journeys are streamlined making your role more effective and less stressful. The site is equipped to take retinal photos and has field-screening machines that they use to detect the early signs of glaucoma.
The community based Independent Optician here also offers specialist Dry eye, Orthoptic and minor eye conditions assessments that are usually only available through referral to hospital services or General Practice so you can be confident that you and your team can be proud that you are offering more than just dispensing services to clients.
