Property Solicitor / Conveyancer / Licensed Conveyancer / CILEX / Fee Earner – Cirencester
Location: Cirencester
Type of Role: Permanent, Full-time
Salary: £45,000 to £65,000 (dependent on experience)
A well established and expanding law firm is seeking a Property Solicitor, Conveyancer, Licensed Conveyancer, CILEX or experienced Fee Earner to join its busy and growing Property Department in Cirencester. The team handles a wide range of residential property matters, offering excellent exposure to varied work and the opportunity to collaborate with specialist colleagues.
The Role
- Managing a full caseload of residential property transactions, including freehold, leasehold, new build, transfer of equity, re mortgages, shared ownership and Help to Buy
- Providing clear, expert legal advice to clients throughout each transaction
- Liaising with clients, agents, lenders and all parties involved to ensure smooth progression
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Optional opportunity to undertake commercial property work if desired
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience in residential conveyancing
- Proven ability to manage a conveyancing caseload independently
- Strong communication and client care skills
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- A positive, proactive attitude and the ability to work well within a team
