Chadwick Nott are pleased to be assisting a leading international law firm in their search for a Senior Associate to join their Band 1 ranked Real Estate Litigation team in Cardiff. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-profile property disputes and asset management matters, supporting some of the world’s biggest names in real estate. 

The Role

  • This role offers a varied and high-quality caseload, with responsibilities including:
  • Advising on property-related disputes and contentious portfolio issues
  • Supporting owners, developers, investors, and end users in the development process
  • Managing your own caseload with support from senior team members
  • Building strong client relationships through regular in-person engagement
  • Participating in marketing and business development initiatives
  • Collaborating across practice groups and jurisdictions

Candidate Requirements

This role is suited to a qualified solicitor with:

  • 3–6 years’ post-qualification experience in property litigation
  • Strong technical legal skills and commercial awareness
  • Excellent academic background
  • Ability to manage competing deadlines effectively
  • Client-focused approach and strong communication skills
  • Good understanding of real estate markets and how they operate
