Solicitor – Commercial Property – Bristol – 1+ Years PQE
Location: Bristol (with hybrid working)
Type of Role: Permanent, Full time
Salary: £55,000 to £75,000 (depending on experience)

A leading national commercial law firm is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join its expanding Bristol office. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a highly respected team, advising both public and private sector clients on a wide range of commercial property matters. You will gain exposure to high quality work, collaborate with experienced specialists and contribute to the continued growth of a top tier practice.

The Role
You will work on a broad mix of commercial property matters, including:

• Commercial development projects
• Acquisitions and disposals
• Landlord and tenant matters
• Acting for developers, operators, funders and investors
• Supporting senior lawyers on complex transactions
• Managing your own caseload with appropriate supervision
• Drafting and negotiating commercial property documentation
• Advising clients on strategic property issues
• Building strong client relationships and contributing to business development

Candidate Requirements
This role is suited to a solicitor who:

• Has previous experience in a commercial property or real estate practice area
• Is highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Can manage client expectations and work to agreed KPIs
• Communicates clearly and professionally
• Is confident working directly with clients
• Builds strong interpersonal relationships
• Has strong drafting and legal analysis skills
• Works collaboratively with colleagues at all levels
• Brings a practical, commercial and solutions focused approach
